About the Co-Op

Nestled in the heart of the Historic District surrounded by greenery, Belvedere East and West are part of a two building co-op in Jackson Heights. Designed by Seelig & Finkelstein and completed in 1940, the two six story Georgian style structures encase a private courtyard garden proudly maintained by residents and retain many of the original period details.
